The mission of HOPE Foundation for Women and Children of Bangladesh is to provide healthcare to the underserved women and children living in rural areas. HOPE’s main work is in maternal health and strives to ensure every woman in our catchment area has access to a safe pregnancy and birth. HOPE has been working in Cox’s Bazar since 1999.
HOPE runs a charitable hospital that provides comprehensive primary care, emergency care, hospitalization, emergency obstetric care, specialized care, immunizations and maternal and child health.
Thanks to the partnership with BACHAO, HOPE Foundation conducted 6 Health Camps, Foundations birthing and medical centers. In those Health camps conducted in hard-to-reach areas without access to medical care, HOPE doctors tended to over 2,000 patients, and free medicine was distributed for all the patients as needed.
